The Pinnacles

The Pinnacles are located on the coast 250 kilometres north of Perth. On my first trip there I arrived late in the afternoon and slept overnight. I managed to get some good dusk and dawn images, which you can see here:

On this trip I arrived around midday. As I drove towards the park it was pouring rain and I was even questioning myself if I should go there. When I got to the park the skies had cleared and I was left with the park almost to myself. The rain had washed away all the footprints that I found so irritating the last time I visited. I had a very different experience this time and I’m glad I gave the area a second visit.
