Billy Goat Bay – Western Australia

On the coast just north of The Pinnacles is Billy Goat Bay. The coastline isn't very exciting but just behind the shore was a very cool sand dune. The sand was white and firm and it had blue-green saltbush growing on it. The sky was pale blue with drifting clouds. All in all a great place for some high key photography.
Sand dunes are disappearing rapidly in Western Australia, so if you want to get some good shots I'd suggest that you go sooner rather than later. Ironically I have a running joke about taking photos of rocks and yet my first post doesn't have a rock in it.
