About Photography on the rocks

My friend Stephen Wilson told me that someone had suggested he start up a blog. I decided to look up how hard it would be to create one for him. A little bit of research showed that you create your own blog and have it up and running for free in very little time. I had a Google account and so I decided to create one to see the process for myself. So with this in mind I created Photography on the rocks.

Once I had created it I had to give it a different look and feel and purpose to my web site Eclectic Exhibitions http://www.tombrown.id.au. I decided to limit the number of images I would display so as not to compete with the fifteen images I have in each virtual exhibition on EE. Most of the blog entries will have around six images. With a smaller number I can go back through my photography collections and see what interesting images can be made into entries.

I chose Photography on the rocks as my blog name for two reasons. Firstly Eclectic Images was taken and secondly because I take a lot of landscape photographs many of which contain rocks. Although the blog will be primarily about landscape photography I will include other images that I find interesting. In fact I have just include images of the Rally for Concerned Photographers and a series of tar shots taken on the weekend.

Cheers,

Tom
